The merger of two Italian excellences in the new Mia kitchen by Carlo Cracco
Scavolini joins hands with the skilled expertise of one of the most authoritative names in Italian cuisine. The result? Mia by Carlo Cracco, a magnificent domestic interpretation of the professional kitchen, the distinguishing feature of which is the significant technological component.

A concentration of skills: superior manufacturing quality combined with the finest cooking techniques. Two excellences which share a single great passion: the passion for authentic cooking. With over thirty years of market leadership to back it, Scavolini masters the construction, while Carlo Cracco conducts it with absolute proficiency.
Hence the stylish design of Mia by Carlo Cracco is equipped to ensure top-level technical workmanship, to create settings packed with innovation in order to achieve an increasingly memorable cooking experience, in keeping with the latest trends whereby ingredients are treated with respect, with less waste, lower consumption levels and that require specialist cooking and preservation. Even the appliances supplied, such as the vacuum drawer with new marinating function, the food-warming lamp, the hood with professional extraction, bring a touch of "refinement" to even the most everyday meals and enhance the desire and love of cooking hidden in each one of us.

In terms of styling, Mia by Carlo Cracco stands out for its contrasts: to distinguish the operating area, the work areas and appliances are clad with a sturdy and hard-wearing steel finish, while the kitchen cabinet doors are available in warmer hues. The scenic island is equipped with a Steel monobloc with built-in cooking and washing areas, all topped by a hanging structure housing a hood and dish-rack. The composition is completed with Dark Steel doors with vertical satin finish and handles in the same Dark Steel finish.
The composition is enhanced by stylish wall panelling embellished with wall panels equipped with accessories designed specifically for this model, such as the food-warming lamp, the wall-mounted bottle rack and the utensil-holder bar. A distinguishing feature is the 25 cm metal recessed handle grip conveniently positioned horizontally on the base units and vertically on the tall units, and a new modularity with an 80 cm high base unit and a 7 cm high plinth which guarantees comfort and improved storage.
