TOWER 535

City: HONG KONG

|

Year: 2016

|

Status: Completed

Located in the bustling heart of Hong Kong, adjacent to the World Trade Centre, Tower 535 creates an exciting new destination in Causeway Bay. The tower includes a vibrant mix of retail, entertainment, and dining venues along with commercial and office space.
With its slender aspect and offset core, the building is configured as a series of bundled lobe volumes, increasing exposure to natural daylight and views. The visitor experience begins at an escalator void enveloped in Italian travertine, which guides guests upward to an elegant lobby containing an art program and adjacent outdoor space.
At the top of the building, restaurants and lounges with outdoor terraces provide respite from the city’s busiest shopping district as well as unobstructed views of Hong Kong's skyline and Victoria Harbor.
