Bellotti @ different suites X different people
published on: 4 aprile 2016

During the Fuorisalone del Mobile 2016, in the spaces of Via Ventura 14 in Milan, Bellotti is
protagonist of the exhibition signed by Simone Micheli Architect "different Suites X different people"
for the realization of the suite for Best Western Italy.
A high quality project in which the characteristic element of the company, the wood, interfaces with
technological materials and modern furniture that offer a delicate comfort to his
visitors that immediately feel welcomed into the global harmony which rules the room.
The wood is present in various forms and finishes: 80 square meters of flooring are completely
covered with parquet natural brushed oak, finishing that covers also the inner surfaces of the
particular bathroom designed with soft lines and externally covered with white wood panels.
Along the suite's walls there are wood paneling depicting great-looking images that engage the
visitor. The suite is set up as an innovative and flexible place who wishes to receive visitors into a
luxurious and fascinating space, able to offer deep moments of wellness and freedom of
movement.
Also in the suite for Ascend Hotel Collection by Choice Hotels Bellotti stepped in realizing a
bathroom box of 8 meters entirely covered with fine American Black Walnut wood that stands
between windows and mirrors that give a strong character to the structure.
The ability and experience of Bellotti in producing wood-based systems and solutions has been
applied in the design and implementation to hotels, residences, hospitals furnishing and all those
situations where interior spaces are somehow “multiplied”.
The project is the synthesis of the experience gained in the hospitality sector and industrial design.
The idea in fact, wants to highlight the wood material ability to combine both technical and
aesthetic.
Bellotti designed a real technically advanced system because it uses different types of composite
panels that solve problems related to acoustics, electrical plant design, durability, and to
installation; flexible, because it involves an aesthetic and interpretive complete freedom both in
materials and design.
It’s possible to integrate into the wood paneling furniture as bookshelves, desk, luggage stand,
headboard, mirrors, closet, doors and lighting realized with LED technology lights.
This way the designer can get a modular system that is complete, easy, immediate and innovative
both in design and technology.
