ESPRITMEUBLE is highlighting the future of service

ESPRITMEUBLE, which has become an essential player on the international furniture professionals’ circuit, announces its 5th staging to be held from 3 to 6 December 2016 at Paris Porte de Versailles. Six months before it opens its doors, ESPRITMEUBLE has already recorded reservations for 95% of its surface area. Amongst the 300 brands which will be found along the ESPRITMEUBLE aisles are the Trade Fair’s great historical names such as Calligaris, Stressless, Epeda, Simmons, Celio, Ménard, etc. There are also the newcomers such as Gerlin, Poldem, Airnoval, Baakal & Ross, etc.
ESPRITMEUBLE is a trade fair which is 100% devoted to business. It wishes to retain its very qualified footfall, 65% of which is made up of store decision makers. For this new staging the ambition of the Trade Fair is to increase both the number of decision makers and the visiting time in its aisles to a minimum of two days, because “2 days, that's 3 times better”. The ambition is also to host additional targets.
Developing and facilitating business have always been the main objectives of ESPRITMEUBLE. In order to serve these purposes this year the Trade Fair is developing themed circuits to guide visitors and accentuate all the initiatives. Product circuits (bedroom, beds, sitting room, decoration, etc.) or themed circuits (space saving, made-to-measure, connectivity, French manufacturing), visitors can prepare their visit by finding the various circuits suggested on the ESPRITMEUBLE website, or the themed sheets which will be available free at the Trade Fair entrance.
Service, an issue at the heart of all marketing strategies, has become a differentiating factor for manufacturers, one of promotion for distributors at all levels of customer experience and also, above all, a weighting factor in the decision to purchase. Within the furniture sector service is a real lever for development, promotion and innovation. Whether it is from the point of view of industry, distribution, or the consumer, they are looking for more personalised, efficient services. A strong theme which will come to life in the Trade Fair aisles next December.
