Rubelli Casa for the first time at Salone del Mobile 2017
At Rubelli Casa furniture and fabric cultures work together synergically, blending and creating exclusive products, the manifestation of evolved craftsmanship and controlled technology applied to creativity. Rubelli Casa makes its debut at the Salone del Mobile in the xLux Pavilion, presenting new products but also pieces reissued.

Among the novelties Domino Sofa and Domino Chair, created for Rubelli by the young designers Nava&Nava who had previously designed the PILA-47 upholstered armchair, feature geometric external lines, offset by the sinuous and soft internal lines in a perfect balance of solidity and lightness. Palazzo, designed by Studio Rubelli and inspired by models from the Fifties, references the sophisticated eclecticism of the Rubelli Casa debut collection. As well as tables and consoles (Pontelongo Barena, Sestiere, Telèrand Scholeta) with an absolutely innovative top made in Damantio. Damantio is a special resin developed and patented by Rubelli in which a fabric is “embedded”, maintaining its three-dimensional nature in an elegant trompe-l’oeil effect.

Alongside the new products there are the pieces from the first Rubelli Casa collection designed by architect Luca Scacchetti, primarily Rio Novo Desk and Clinton Chair, and also Forcola Bar Cabinet, ScholaGranda Flower Top Table, Piron Chair and Dogaressa Bed. New materials and new finishes for many of them in order to bring out their aesthetic concepts.
