In the center of Milan, in Piazzale Cadorna, home to the train station, a venue in an old mansion divided into two parts. In one room the celebration of the typical “made in italy” goodness and beauty , through the exhibition of bread, cakes, pizzas and cakes made ​​by skilled confectioners, under the austere gaze of some wonderful Renaissance paintings by Agnolo Bronzino. They describe the magnificence of the clothes and the ability to portray them. Some verses of the poet Giovanni Pascoli, centuries later, tell us the grace and skill of simple gestures such as the preparation of bread. Everything to remember the passion for the beautiful and good things that make every day a special day. The other part celebrates the journey, and its most romantic and evocative vehicle: the train. Refers to a vaguely exotic atmosphere, made up of mixtures of styles and different influences. It is how to climb on the Orient Express and retrace the route linking Europe to China. Memories almost completely forgotten, but which worth remembering in this space behind the Cadorna railway station, which has 10 tracks. This place is called Binary 11, the track that does not exist: that of fantasy.
