GENERATOR BARCELONA

Located in the Gràcia district of Barcelona, Generator’s flagship location marks the revitalization of the Generator brand as well as the refurbishment of the 1960’s office building that once housed the Spanish National Gas company. The combined hotel and hostel boasts 720 beds housed in both hostel-style shared rooms and private luxury hotel suites. The design privileges public spaces to encourage mixing and mingling and integrates custom elements common to the Generator’s aesthetic – signature ‘G’ sculptures, fun lighting fixtures and bold colour schemes. Local art, food, music, culture and customs give the project a localized look and feel.
