Ristorante Berton is a luxury restaurant reflecting the Chef Andrea Berton’s personality and philosophy.
The austere architectural design has been toned down by certain components such as the materials, paper, wood, cement and metal, the structure and the colour choice of light grey tones.
This favours sobriety and elegance and creates a refined atmosphere, focusing on simplicity without foregoing the element of surprise.
It’s located in the neighbourhood of Porta Nuova Varesine, the futuristic Hines urban project, which enshrines the foundation of Berton’s cuisine.
