The company, located in Flero (BS), met the challenge by transforming its building automation systems for hospitality, offices, homes and communities into its distinctive features. The possibility of implementing personalized solutions is developed starting from the use of distributed intelligence technology which guarantees the system modularity, performances, extreme speed and the possibility of the project integration and expansion. The supervision system efficiency and flexibility are joined to the technological and software expertise (the development of the vocal command through smartphone or tablet is new) and also to the designer consultation given by the technical office in order to realize complexed interventions and unique solutions as in Parc Hotel Billia attended by Lissoni Associati and Saint-Vincent. Microdevice collaborated with the design team in order to create light sceneries and atmospheres by managing the sources complexity and diversity. Moreover Microdevice let the light control in the common and in the service areas satisfying the customer thanks to the system speed and security. 

Microdevice guarantees innovative solutions, prestige, security and comfort to St Vincent Resort complex. Microdevice solutions are characterized by extreme flexibility concerning the panels design and the personalized material employed. A mobile user-friendly panel and a console in special polycarbonate were required for the project such as the finish of the panel in tempered glass. Microdevice Hotel Supervisor software guarantees an accurate security in the rooms and in the common areas: the cards work if they were real identity documents. They identify the guests and the staff movements and positions accurately. In the case of staff areas and security rooms were valuables are guarded, the supervision system interfaces directly with the antitheft alarm ensuring that the accesses are allowed only to the authorized personnel. Hence, every access is recorded. 

Hotel Supervisor guarantees comfort too: the rooms are always in very good condition and ready to host the guests as the maintenance and cleaning services act only when the room is empty. Microdevice offers the same mechanism for air conditioning and lighting design services. Thanks to the possibility of identifying the person in the room, it is possible choosing different kinds of lighting from the reception: nine light units vary simultaneously through a control from simple command panels. The lights of the common areas can be controlled by the authorized staff at any moment. In this case the control from the reception is not necessary as the employment of a normal browser on a mobile device is enough for the modification.
